Marc Westaway, MD
As a registered medical practitioner in Queensland, Australia, I have always had an interest in nutrition and a strong belief that natural approaches to healing are the best course of treatment for optimal health.
My introduction to goji juice was a unique and powerful experience.  You   see,  I  recently  saw  a  very   good friend and
colleague who I knew was battling cancer and undergoing a comprehensive program of treatment. But I was shocked because he looked better than ever. When I asked him what he was doing, he mentioned goji juice. He said that not only was it giving him more energy and a sense of well-being, he was also in a full remission, and never had any of the awful side effects associated with radiation therapy. I was thrilled for him, but I must admit I was skeptical, even though I respect him and his opinion. When he mentioned that Dr. Earl Mindell had done extensive research on goji, I was further impressed. But what really amazed me was the research on Medline and PubMed.
Based on all of that, I bought some goji juice. I was delighted when I quickly noticed an improvement of my sleeping patterns, as well as energy levels. I didn't get the 3 p.m. 'fades' as I used to. Since then, I have recommended it to patients with chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as those undergoing chemotherapy. I also have a couple of diabetic patients whose blood sugar levels have improved. And children who have ADD and ADHD have had a great response - best of all, they actually ask their parents for the juice because it tastes so good!
I would recommend goji juice to practically anyone. The results I have seen are nothing short of astonishing!
